Gantt Chart Formula - Automatically colouring cells

Hi Everyone,

I have a spreadsheet I am builing in which on the left hand side has a list of 3 key dates (A start on site date, a build finish on site and a launch date). Across the top of the page I have the dates for every date in FY14.

I am trying to automate a horizontal gantt chart where it shades when a project starts up until it finishes.

Can someone help? I'm guessing there will be some sort of matching and conditional formatting. I have attached the spreadsheet and completed the first 3 projects manually as an example.

Hi msalib888, check this file. I've applied conditional formatting for the rows that you haven't already manually color. You can click on Home -> Conditional Formatting -> Manage Rules to see them.
