    Hi,

But the pivot allways calcutate With all cells, including the hidden cells.

How to get the pivot not to have those hidden cells in the calculation?

Hi Flerkam and welcome to the forum,

You need to use the FILTER box in the Pivot Table itself instead of filtering the table.

You need to drag your "sign" to the Filter Box when you create the Pivot.

Look at http://www.pivot-table.com/2010/03/0...-date-filters/ for more on Pivot Filters.
One test is worth a thousand opinions.

Re: Problem using Pivot on cells who are filtered

    Hi, and thank you!

The issue is; I do not want to filter each "Project". As I have filtered the "sign" cells, my goal are that the pivot can have a DSUM for each "Prooject".

As if I choose in "sign" cell: raa, the result will be:

    3122 9 410,00
    3140 5 020,00

Maby Pivot is not the best tools for this?

    Hi Flerkam,

I'm not sure I understand the question yet but see the attached that has a Pivot Table that can be filtered using the Sign column. Does this help?

    Hi MarvinP,

Yes, it does helped a bit, as i understand it is impossible for pivot to not use cells who is hidden in the excelsheet.

So I'll think maby this is the best solution by now...
