Help hiding zero value bars in stacked 3d bar chart

    Hello all,

I have a process flow excel spreadsheet showing times it take for processes to take place. I have a problem where I cannot seem to hide bars on my 3d stacked bar chart from showing zero value bars.

I have attached a copy of the spreadsheet below CPH Purchase Order Process_7.1 (Recovered).xlsx

Please have a look at the "Time Based Process Map" bar chart in the "Value Adding Flow Analysis" tab. Where there are zero values, I can't seem to hide the unwanted zero-value bars from showing. Is there a solution for this?

    Thanks,
    Chris

you either need to filter the data table to remove zero items.

Or more likely build a table of chart data that excludes zero items and then chart that instead

Thanks but...that messes up chart. It should show a blank where the columns are zero, and not show the 'blue flecks' on the bar chart where zero values are

if you just want to remove the bars rather than the Activity, which is what I thought you meant, use a 2d rather than a distorting 3d chart type.
