Trailing twelve months pivot chart with calculations

I'm not even sure I can properly explain in writing what it is that I'm trying to accomplish but here it goes. I have a set of raw sales data for a bunch of competitors in my industry. Pretty simple. Column A is the date of each sale transaction, column C is the name of the sales person, column I is the amount of the sale. I want to create a pivot line chart that will give me the trailing twelve month market share for each sales person over a period of time and I do not know where to get started. To make it even more complicated, I want the chart to display only data from the top 5 sales persons, not for every sales person in the database. Any help will be appreciated. I've attached my workbook.

    Thanks,

    Phil

Hi ascool_asice, thanks for your help. It is a step in the right direction, I think, but I'm afraid that what I need is a bit more complicated than that. The chart you have made is exactly in the format that I wanted. However, it shows the monthly total sales amount per sales person. What I need is the market share (sales person's sales amount divided by total sales amount for all sales persons, displayed as a percentage). To complicate things even further, I'm not looking for a straigthforward monthly market share, I'm looking for a trailing twelve months market share. For instance, on the chart, the june 2012 data point for a sales person should be its marketshare for the period of july 2011 to june 2012. The next data point, the one for july 2012 should be it's marketshare for the period of august 2011 to july 2012 and so on and so forth. Any idea on how to accomplish that?
