Need help creating a chart with multiple x-axis goupings

Hello,

I am trying to create a chart that is gouped by multiple x-axis criteria. I have data that is by year and quarter across 3 "goups". Please see attached for example as it is tough for me to explain in text.

Edit... I figured it out! All in the way the data is on the table.
