Gantt Chart

Hi,

I am using the attached Gantt chart which however cannot handle multi-year activities, i.e. activities stretching over Year 2013 and 2014.
As an example, weeks of Activity n. 3, are highlighted only up to week 52, which should go up to the week 6 in Year 2014.
The variables are in green cells, all other cells are calculated automatically.

Can anyone help me with making this work?

Probably what you don't want to hear, but using Excel for scheduling is like trying to fit a square peg into a round hole. It is very close, but problematic. I recommend biting the bullet and getting MS Project. While it has its faults, the power it brings to scheduling projects will be worth it in the long run.

Alternatively, I did stumble across this offering recently. It adds gantt abilities to Excel, but it may not fit your design.
