Consolidating data with a chart or pivot table

I am trying to consolidate data that is not able to be exported to excel in a clean column/row format. The order of the data changes on occasion and I need to be able to find a product price based on the supplier name. I would like to put this into a table format which will allow the information to flow into it despite the order in which the data is exported. I have attached an example of my data and the table that I would like to use with it.

I thought about combining a vlookup and an hlookup, but the format does not seem conducive to these formulas.

    Any advice will help.

    Thank you!
