Chart ploted lines V calculated values error

I have a spreadsheet that i am producing and the calculated forecast values I have made (H4 to K6) do not match the values as shown on the chart for the same figures.

Also I changed the value of I10 to 4 and the values etc. went a bit wild.

All help much appreciated.
