Chart help

Hi Team:

I need your valued assistance. I have zero excel experience and hoping that someone can help me here. I am a clerk at a shipping company and I've been asked to put together information for 15 folks from the office that visit the ships.
All I require is a chart that shows the frequency of visits for the 24 ships. Please see attached filed. The 24 tabs represent each vessel which will be filled out/updated as and when a person visits the ship so that the chart page gets automatically updated. Every month end then I will print the chart for management. I will be extremely grateful for your help. Thanks in advance.
