Angry Apointment Graph to Determine if there are weekly trends in late deliveries

I will try to be as specific as possible here, I am looking for an excel sheet that will create a graph that shows late trends daily for each weekly, the information available is sorted by one coulmn of the Order Number another for Delivery apt Date, Delivery apt time, Driver name, Arriaval Date, Arrival TIme, Customer Name, Customer City, and coulmn that holds 0 if on time and 1 if late then another cell I added in the next coulmn showing total lates for the month(the sheet is from 9/1 to 9/26, let me know if this is even possible. Thanks in advanced for your time.

I've added a sample excel sheet of what this looks like, I was looking into the Match function for calculating lates per day but I haven't figured this out yet let me know if any one has gotten any where with this.
