Pivot - Divide by fixed value

    Hi everybody,

I was hoping that someone could help me with this.

I have a pivot table that describe the number of terminations. I have a filter at top to sort by geographic region; row labels are specific types of terminations; column labels are whether the termination is voluntary or involuntary. Picture is attached.

What I am trying to do is get my pivot table to display, instead of the count of each instance of termination, the percentage. I want to use a fixed number - 7500 - for each and every operation. For example, the grand total would read, instead of 164, 164/7500 = 2.19%. I am not familiar enough with pivots to make this a reality.

I am using the 2010 version of Excel.

    Thanks in advance!

We can't work in a .PNG file.
Notice my main language is not English.

Yes, I know. I am unable to post the base data because of its sensitivity. I was hoping somebody could just explain a fix on a high level, like "insert a column in the base data with 7500 in each cell..."
