Pivot table and possible sort??

Is there a way to highlight a value higher than 2 entries, then move the job to the top of the list of a pivot table?

If you move the project hours to the data field area you may then sort the rows descending by project hours - to do so, right-click A6, choose Sort - More sort options, then select Descending and change the dropdown list to use your new data field.
