    Talking Filter result display

    HI, I'm Melysa.
I am currently trying to build a database.
The Invoice No. will be used to retrieve other information (multiple information)
However, I will need to key in few times of same invoice number in order for
the autofilter to show all the information.
My question is, is there any way to key in the invoice number only once, but able to
see the multiple information when I filter the invoice number?

    Another question is,
whenever I copy few cells' content to paste into 1 cell, it will be pasted into several cells.
I have tried to double click the cell to make the cursor (I) appear before I paste it, but I
can't seem to paste it. Any idea on this matter other than re-type using alt+enter, or copy to ms word
first before copy back to excel?

I know it's a simple question, but please help me :D

    Thanks.
