need help in getting a chart in an excel

Hi i have a problem, i want to get my report through getting how much total tally in each outlet, i want to get the AM for each outlet, PM total for each outlet and other all comparison of all total tally for all outlet, it can be charts or graphs or in pivot table. Thanks in advance. god bless.

Hi Aimjhun,

I think that this sample hotel ballroom dashboard template should work for what you need.

It counts your rooms booked in the AM, PM and Whole Days. You can also designate the back to back or less than 4 hour appointment.

1) Enter your date in cell A1 and it will only show available days for that month.
2) Weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday automatically fill in for you when you type in the date.
3) You don't have to copy/paste shapes, you can simply type in an A for AM appointment or P for PM appointment or W for whole day appointment and the colors will fill in your dashboard.
4) Counts will automatically fill in to the right and overall for the month.

This is all done with conditional formatting and formulas and no VBA.
