How to Show Suppliers Status through Chart

Dear All,

I have Suppliers Status file, i want the Chart and Top 5 Major Suppliers whose Due Amount is more and also Top 5 Major Suppliers whose Invoice Amount is more.
Find attached herewith the sample file chart and table showing 5 major suppliers.

I've done your tables in the attached file, by inserting two new columns G and H and using these for RANKing formulae - these can be hidden if you wish, so that the sheet will look the same as before. INDEX/MATCH formulae in the tables retrieve the appropriate data in the required order (dynamically, so if the data changes the tables will also change automatically).

I'm not sure what you want the chart to show.

Regarding Chart I will explain you more details;

Actually i want to show the same left table in Chart, my boss want the summery of the same i.e. how many suppliers o/s due is between 50000 to 100000 (ex: 5 suppliers o/s due is in between 50 to 100K), based on that chart he will plan for payment to suppliers to reduce the suppliers.

Yes, I thought you might want something based on count, but your example chart is not showing that - it seems to represent the amounts owing, but it doesn't link to the bands as they are arranged vertically. If you want a count of how many suppliers there are in each band (with the bands in vertical cells), wouldn't the bars go ACROSS the page with the x-axis representing the number in each band?
