Column chart with varying column widths and picture fill help

Hi i have created a column chart with pictures in the series in this case it is doors. i have plotted another series on a secondary axis that shows failure rate of the door. This gives the appearance that the door is been coloured in red the higher the failure rate.

Is there a way to vary the column widths to show some wide doors and some narrow doors as i have managed to get the height to vary to reflect tall and short doors but need help on this.

I have found examples for varying column widths however i am unable to insert a picture as the fill.
