Excel Pivot - value field settings % of parent row total changing when pivot refreshed

Hi all

I have been using the awesome function of % of parent row total on my pivots however when I add new data and hit refresh this 'drops off' and then I just get the figures displayed a % not as a formula.

can anyone help?
