statistics graph thats best for my data???

I just need some advice for what best graph to do to show the differences in my data.....

I am comparing the differences in temperature of 3 locations throughout the day (I have data every 5mins throughout day for a whole month).. I have complied all the data to get avg max and min of each location but how do I "statistically" analyse it the best for my research report?

    THANKS SO MUCH

    One option:

    Graph: Box and Whisker

Statistics: Either pairwise comparison for each pair or compare the whole group as one
Pariwise: t-test for difference in mean and f-test for difference in variance
Group: Anova for difference in mean and Levene's for difference in variance
