Need chart to display vehicle age information

Hello,

I am trying to create a chart to display fire vehicle age and replacement data for elected officials. I am using Office 2013. The following is the data I wish to display. Attached is the data.

I would like the y axis to display the year, and the x axis to display the vehicle name.
I thought about a staked bar chart with the starting point of the lower bar being the year built and the top of the bar being the current year. The second bar would start at the current year and end at the replacement year.

I did exactly what you tried: a stacked column chart.
BUT,
I created a chart-feeding table fed by your data table, that subtracted from the feeding table to give the age and years-to-replacement values to use.
Then I turned the first column to clear fill (but I left the name in the Legend to demonstrate that; you can delete that item to get rid of it).
