Plotting stacked bar chart in descending order

Dear Colleagues

Can anyone please direct me on how to rearrange a simple stacked bar chart. I would like to rearrange the chart so the biggest values appear at the top of the chart and the smallest at the bottom for greater visual impact.

I have enclosed a sample spreadsheet with a small graph included. I would like the data relating to Ayr (fictional, of course) to be at the top, not the bottom.

Format vertical axis. Apply these two properties to reverse stacking and keep horizontal axis labels at the bottom.
