Adding a second set of x-values to a scatter chart

I am making some charts with about 15 data points. I have never done anything like this before. They are scatter charts, actually tracking the careers of baseball players. On the x-axis I have a player's age, on the y-axis one specific variable. I have figured out how to make a scatter chart with straight lines linking the year-by-year data points and how to format them.

What I really want to do, however, is to use the chart to compare the careers of two players, and I cannot figure out how to add a second set of data points connected by a line to the graph. Can anyone tell me? Thank you.

Use the Select Data dialog to add new series and define ranges where x and y values are to be found
