help needed with charts

How can I graph this that is shows occurrence of each type of incident in a graph over time?

Is there a way to show this in line graph. One color line for each reason?
Also I have data for 300 days and several reasons for each day. THe Pivot chart looks very busy because of the number of entries. How do I show the data weekly? (converting daily to weekly)

I figured out how to change the chart type. Now I need to figure out how to convert daily data to weekly .

You can use Group by 7 days.
