Pivot Table Calculating Formulas, Not Values

    Hi All,

I am having some issues with getting my pivot table to calculate what I want it to, as was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction.

In the attached example workbook on the 'PivotTable' sheet, I am attempting to filter the data from the "Data" sheet by the date, then sum the Number of Jobs and the Number of Issues per Job.

Whats happening instead is the the table is counting the total number formulas in the cells, not the value of the cell itself.
For example, Ive copied the formulas down through row 30, and even though theres no data in the yet, the table is counting that formula.

Is there a way to get the table to only count the values in the cells and not the formulas, and also ignore the blanks?

    Thanks!

    Hello Andy,
    Thanks for the reply!
You are correct, I should have 'Sum of Numbers' in there instead.
I enterend that in and got what I needed.
    Thanks!
    Marking this as solved.
