How to have a Stked Clmn Pivt Chart show one data set as a %, and the second as a whle #

I have a stacked column pivot chart with two data sets. I need the first data set to display as a whole number, while the second data set shows as a percentage of the first data set. Please let me know if any other information is needed. I have added an attachment as well.
