Greetings, I am starting with data in attachment "pivot table 1". I'm trying to get a total for the column "RO" in attachment "pivot table 2". What am I overlooking please. pivot table 2.JPGpivot table 1.JPG
In other words, I would like the pivot table to total the PTS-SALE-AMTS column for RO # 533222, not give me each line amount.

Can you add a printscreen of the PivotTable Field List?
If you want the total of PTS-SALE- AMTS it sould be in the Values field, and not in the row field. You also need to remove OP-Codes from row field.
If you want the pivot to show OP-code, you should add a subtotal for the RO-column.
