lose some information on print outs of Excel charts

Hi There

I lose some information on print outs of Excel charts. Information is not lost on the print out when I copy and past special the Excel charts into JPEG, GIF, PNG or Enhanced Metafile pictures. However the formatting on the print out does not always match that of the table data which I'm charting.

How can I ensure that the font LOOKS similar?

In order to advise we would need to see a copy of your workbook so we can check the print settings etc. Only then can we advise clearly.

Thanks for posting a sample. When I print I only lose the last line of the page initially. I then chose to change the print settings to print on one page and it works fine.
Your issues appears to be with your printer settings. Check that you have the option to change the print settings to print on one page and see if that resolves your issue.

Sorry! I'm re-attching the file but this time with the chart shown as a picture embedded object. The issue is not losing data just that font for the embedded object does not alawys match that of the data being charted

Hi Michael
Try printing it to a pdf file. I have tested it and the font looks exactly the same.
