    Graph from otherwise organised data

In the attached picture you can see the excel sheet I am working on right now, I need to make a graph of the placement of a orbiting sphere.
On one axis there needs to be the x-placement and on the other axis the y-placement. It has to be a spread graph so you can see the placements over time.
Problem is, as you can see in the picture, the x and the y value are beneath each other in every step, but aren't organised in a table.
Since there are over a thousand steps in the sheet organising by hand isn't an option. Is there any way of systematically arranging this data if the distance between the x-values and the y-values between different steps is constant?
Thanks in advance, if you're not feeling like posting an entire tutorial you could also give some keywords so I can look it up myself.

I doubt you will find a "tutorial" on the internet for a problem like this. I would expect that the most difficult part of the problem is getting the disconnected data that you have right now into a properly organized table. I would probably build this table using the INDEX() function http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ma...777.aspx?CTT=1 It might look something like:

where pointoffset is the number of rows between points (looks like it should be about 15), and xoffset and yoffset are the number of rows the x data and y data are offset from the reference row you are using.
