How to summarise

i have a big file, data entered like dis

Z 1

X 1
Y 1
Z 1
C V 1
W 0
X 0
Y 1
Z 0


i want to sumarise as :

V W X Y Z
A 0 1 0 1 1
B 0 1 1 1 1
C 1 0 0 1 0


Plz help me...
