Stacking a single series in a cluster bar chart

I have a cluster bar graph that displays "Total Projected Expenditures," Actual Expended" and "Total Projected." I would like the Total Projected to be a stacked bar (the red and green together) where there is data for the green series on top of the red series. I want to keep this chart as simple as possible, so that's why I'm not adding another bar. I've attached a .ppt example to hopefully clarify what I'm trying to do. Thanks for all of your help!
