To show conditional formatting in pivot and display all text on click of a project title

Hi could you please help me with this

In the pivot table i want 2 things to be implemented

want rowc on sheet4 to display the RAG status in color based on values in sheet 1
and on click of each cell (ex: a5, then i need a way to display all the project data from sheet1, want to show al the rows again may be at the bottom of the pivot table, some fields like status has lot of text want to show that so it becomes easier for management ot find individual project data on click)

or is there any better ways to implemet please advise.
