Dynamic Series

I have a table that includes the following Column Labels; 1-2, 3-4, 5+, Capture, and N/A. The data will ALWAYS have some results associated with these headers. The difficulty comes in the Row Labels. The overall is ALWAYS going to be included however, there could be 1 sales person (Sales 1), or up to 3. If there are no results for that salesperson, the Row Label will remain (ex. Sales 3), but if there are less than 3, I'd like the graph to only represent those that have results. I tried to use a combination of Named Ranges and OFFSET functions, but was unable to make the Series Names more or less, depending on the results.

I've attached a sample worksheet that includes results and one of the graphs being used.
