Hi,
I have a data of stockist city and sales. I want to generate two separate tables where on one table the top 5 cities sales will appear and below that I want table to display the top 5 stockists sales of the top city. I am doing this with two separate pivot tables, but I want to optimize the things like if I select top 5 then the two tables should display values simultaneously.
Help me to solve this.
I do not want to use Macros.

Everything was good until you said "I do not want to use Macros". You will need VBA and macros to synchronize two separate pivot tables. AND it isn't very easy using VBA either.
Find attached 3 linked pivots that do what I think you are asking for.
