Almost a box-plot, but not quite. How to plot?

Hi all, firstly thanks for helping out.

I have a table (attached) which I want to plot.

Discrete age groups on the X-axis (9 years), with a population (total 60 million) on the Y-axis. I want to have a single column in each age group which goes up to the 75% cases estimate (e.g. 15-24 = 30.371 million). From that I then want to have error bars reaching to the 50% and 100% estimates for each group.

It's not quite a box-plot as there is no median, so the column isn't divided into two.

Any ideas? Thanks a lot!

Not sure you could do this with error bars but you could use a number of XY scatter plots to simulate them. See attached example.

Hopefully this is near to what you want and you can work it out from this example.
