Unable to update line graph

This will be the third time I've posted this issue on the forum. You guys graciously help out and the problem seems to be resolved, but when I open it again to update I'm always brought back to square one and it's about to drive me nuts!

I'm simply trying to update the line graph using the data on the left. The "Daily %" Seems to update without issue, however the "Total Number of Patients" is the one that without fail gives me trouble every time I think we have the issue resolved. Through your help we have updated it, yet when I open it up a couple days later to update it again it simply doesn't allow me to go past the last date I had put in there. It's driving me crazy so any help at all would be much appreciated! Thank You!
