Reset to original values in pivot table

Our Finance office created a spreadsheet with pivot tables.
Attached is the file. In the Presentation tab, using the filters, values will be changed.
Once changed, they want a way to reset the filters to their original settings.

They, and I, are having no luck with this.
    Any suggestions?

    Thank you,
    Linda

    Hi lbabli,

I applied some filters to your Revenue Pivot & then recorded a Macro while I selected 'Clear all Filters'.

    Hi Ibabli,

Pivot Tables can take a lot of rows to show what they have. The person who made the presentation sheet didn't understand this. What they did was to build a pivot table in G4 and then filter it so it had less rows. Then they built another in G8 and on down. If you clear the filter on the Pivot in D56 (or G41) they have room below and can expand.

You can't clear the filters with pivots expanding into other rows that already have stuff in them. I'd move the pivots around so they can expand. I think that is your only option now.
One test is worth a thousand opinions.

When I ran the macro, I got a Run-Time error '1004": Unable to get the PivotTables property of the Worksheet class.

Thank you. I'll pass this on to the person who created the tables.

It's best if you record the macro yourself & then use that code.

    Have look at this video.
