Setting due dates with a formula

I am trying to make a checklist. I want the due dates to be based on a final completion date.

Ex:
Completion date is October 1, 2014.
Page 1 is due 6 weeks before October 1
Page 2 is due 3 weeks before October 1
Page 3 is due 3 days before October 1

Hi, and welcome to the forum.

Assuming the completion date is in A1 then

Page1: =A1-6*7
Page2: =A1-3*7
PAge3 =A1-3

I had to format all cells to a Date format, and then this worked perfectly. Thank you!!
