Formula that recoginizes partial text matches and concatenates them

    Hello all,

I'm not sure if what I'm asking is possible, but I'll give it a shot. I have a list of European attributes in sheet1, and US attributes in sheet2. In sheet1, I want to run a formula in column B that lists potential matches from the list in sheet2 and concatenates them as a list. If possible, I would also like a formula in column C that gives a percentage of how close of a match they are per match. The attached book gives an example of what I would imagine it to look like. This is a much smaller version of what I plan to run this on. I appreciate any help/insight.

    Thanks!
