Using Excel to generate an email with template

    Hello all.

I have an Excel spreadsheet that when you click on a name of a bank branch, an email pops up in Outlook with the email addresses of the people attached to a particular bank branch. What I am looking for is in the same email, a template generating that allows me to copy and paste information directly into the template.

    Thank you.
    Dave

    Hi Dave

It sounds like you want to include in the Body of the Email a Range of Cells that are dependent on the Bank Branch selected. This can be easily done with VBA if you're interested.

    Hi Dave

It's not like I have the Code in a box that can be universally applied to any situation. Code would have to be developed/modified to suit your needs. If you're still interested, attach your File(s) that demonstrate what you have and what you'd like it to be. I'll be happy to work with you on this.

Include in the File any Code you're currently using as you described here
when you click on a name of a bank branch, an email pops up in Outlook with the email addresses of the people attached to a particular bank branch

You could just use a program for text threads shortcuts.

Typing answer1 + space would leave you with a long email.

    It is very convenient!!
