    Due Date Formula

    I need a cell to only return "Due for Calibration" starting at the begining of the month it's due.

    There are 3 different pieces of equipment. One is calibrated ever 90 days, another is every 6 months, and the other is annually.

    I will have a column for Last Date Calibrated.

    I will print the spreedsheet at the begining of each month and want it to show what is Due for Calibration for that month.

    Thanks,

    I've came up with this... but is there a formula I could use without having the other columns? If not I will just hide the column.

    Last date calibrated ---- frequency ---- a1+a2 ---- =If(a3<today(),"Due for Calibration","")
    3/5/07 ---- 365 (days) ---- 3/5/08 ---- Due for Calibration

    Thanks,
