    Compare two cells and delete row if text is true

    HI team,

    please find the attached.my requirement is compare two cells a1 & a2 if found true highlight a2,compare a2 & a3 if found same highlight a3 or compare a3 and a4 and repeat the same for the entire sheet.
    please help to solve my requirement.
