Make date condition

Hi All friends and expert,

I would like to make some condition (if function ) base on below:

No "Condition( days )" " Show in row "
1) >30 ; Done Over Due + number of date
2) <30 ; Done within + number of date
3) no data in Date1 and Date2 ; Pending
4) Date1 compare with present date (now) > 30 ; Pending over due + number of date
etc..

can i ask more, i have your code, and i found that need something more like
when i put today (4 April 2014) it show " Pending Over due " , it should be " Pending only" as attached file below:
