Need formula or Macro to help find differences between two tables of data

Hi, I am new to excel and new to this forum, so I am really sorry if this is a really basic thing to figure out.

I have two sets of data each containing 3 columns,1. Docket Number,2. A weight 3. price

I need to look at each set of data and am only looking to extract out differences between the two sets. Thus give a difference report?

I am not bothered if it is made to a new sheet but that would be great.

I have included a copy of the data sets.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Hi Richard, thank you very much, that has helped me find just the docket variances, but I need it to look at the docket numbers as well as their associated weight and price to ensure the docket number and its weight and the price is the same for each data set. I hope that is easier to understand.

eg Sheet 1
docket
2358878 volume 13.4 $32.68

i need it to check that on sheet2 that if the docket is present that it ...
docket
2358878 is the same volume 13.4 and price $32.68

and if a docket is missing or listed as an extra on either sheet that it lets me know!

I hope that explains it a bit more clearly, very hard to write down how you want it without knowing how excel works!!
