IF Formula Associations

Good Morning Excel Gurus!

I'm currently working on an excel spreadsheet and can't seem to create the proper IF formula for column associations.

I'm trying to have the Organization (Column A) associated with the Organization code (Column C)

The second excel tab contains the Organization and it's matching code.

Please let me know if you can offer any ideas, I've attached an example of what I'm working with.
