    Is a formula the best approach?

    I am having some trouble wrapping my mind around how to achieve something. If you have any suggestions about the best approach to try I would really appreciate it.

    I have a chart:

    Age
    15-19 Male Female
    Excellent >= 108 >= 68
    Very Good 98-107 60-67
    Good 90-97 53-59
    Fair 79-89 48-52
    Poor <= 78 <= 47

    I also have a similar chart for ages 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60-69, but with slightly different values.

    Now what I want to do is have some kind of formula, or maybe a vlookup is a better approach (never done this before but someone mentioned it to me as a possible option, have no idea how to do it though). I want to say something like If between the ages of 15-19 and male and value >= 108 then display "Excellent". Another example would be 15-19, female, value between 53-59, so display "Good". But I would also need to differentiate between the other age ranges and the values in their tables. I really have no idea where to start with this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
