    Copy from one Cell ....

    Hey everyone,

I hope to explain this the best I can. Here is what I'm trying to do.

I have a huge list in A column of one sheet. I would like to copy lets say A1, go find that value in another sheet in Column A, once it finds that value, copy the text from same row- column G and come back to original sheet and paste in Column F.

I'm sure this is possible but I don't have a clue how to write this out. I can create a macro but it will not tranfer to the next row. It will go back to the same cell i created the macro for.

Any help would be great and thanks in advance.

Hi and welcome ot the forum

I cannot really picture what you are trying to do Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.
