Create continuous list of pending task -by referring master list of task completion status

Dear Experts,

I have one sheet with list of tasks, and its work completed percentage, in another sheet, i want a auto populate all tasks for which the work completed % is less than 50 (used as a number and not percentage value).

I am able to do this which simple if condition, but i am getting some blank rows, which i want to avoid so that a continuous list of all tasks which are <50 can be created.
