Conditional format - red if overdue, no color if completed

Hello. I am trying to add on a feature to product i created. Right now, i have conditional formatting set up, so that if the due date is past the current date, that cell turns red. But what i would like to add, is that if the user completes the task /enters in the required score, then change the cell back to no-color. I have been searching for hints on the internet, but can't find the 'or' or 'and' formula that will work here.

I am adding an example of the worksheet for your review.

    thanks. FJ

    Hi,

    First clear the existing CFs

Then use the "Use a formula to determine which cells to format" option and in the formula box for G2 enter

    Formula: copy to clipboard

    Apply this to G2:Gxx, I2:Ixx, K2:Kxx

I'm sorry. But i am going to need your help in setting the same conditional format for the column, rather than individually formatting each cell. Please and thank you.
