Count the number of people per classification between two dates

    Hello,

Count people per their classification between two dates.
    Spreadsheet attached.

The answer I need to show in column (S) is:
    Cell (S4) = 1 (supervisor)
    Cell (S24) = 1 (fitter)
    Cell (S36) = 3 (rigger)
