Hi,
None of the column A values which have a blank in column B exist anywhere else in column A. What values do you expect to see in column B?
Now either this is a bad example and the values will be present elsewhere, in which case in column C enter
Copy this down column C, then Copy the whole of column C and use Paste Special Values to paste it back to B1. Then delete column C
OR
you simply want to fill the blanks with the previous values. In Which case
1. Select B2:B16
2. Hit the F5 key, choose Goto Special and select Blanks
3. In the first blank cell (which will be active by default) enter =, {Up Arrow}, Ctrl-Enter
