Transfer data from one page to another in order

I need help with the attachment. It has 4 sheets and a final sheet, now what i am trying to accomplish is when i put data into sheet 1,2,3 and 4 under any of the areas that are highlighted blue it transfers over to final sheet but places it in order from the first highlighted blue cell on sheet 1 to the last highlighted blue cell on sheet 4 even if all the cells do not have an input. The final sheet has a list of all the inputs from all the other cells under the highlighted blue columns from the other 4 sheets.
